ABOUT CANDIDUCK
Candiduck Co., Ltd. was founded on 11 February 2021 by Suthawan Boonmak (“Poon”), following several years of professional experience across the legal, corporate, and non-profit sectors. The name Candiduck reflects both our founder’s way of working and the firm’s core values: the ability to manage complex matters with focus and resilience like a duck moving steadily beneath the surface, and a commitment to being candid: honest, direct, and transparent in every engagement. This philosophy is captured in our motto,
Before establishing Candiduck , Suthawan built her career through a diverse range of organisations, advising on corporate, regulatory, and operational matters across multiple industries. She also collaborated with a non-profit organisation, gaining insight into governance, compliance, and cross-sector collaboration. These experiences shaped Candiduck’s practical, solution-driven approach and its deep understanding of the challenges businesses face when operating in dynamic and regulated environments.
Candiduck was created with a clear objective: to provide practical, trustworthy, and well-structured legal and business support, particularly for companies seeking to establish, operate, or expand their presence in Thailand. We take pride in guiding clients through legal requirements with clarity, explaining complex procedures in plain language, and delivering actionable solutions tailored to each client’s objectives.
Today, Candiduck works with a dedicated team of senior and junior lawyers, corporate and litigation lawyers, and consultants. We share a common standard of professionalism, precision, and a genuine commitment to our clients’ long-term success. Our services are offered in Thai and English, ensuring seamless communication for both local and international clients. In July 2025, we expanded our presence by launching our Phuket office, strengthening our ability to support clients across key business and investment hubs in Thailand.
