Our Team

Ms. Suthawan Boonmak or Poon is the Founder and Partner of Candiduck Co., Ltd., a boutique law firm advising Thai and international clients on foreign investment and corporate and commercial matters in Thailand. Her practice focuses on foreign business structuring, BOI and IEAT applications, Treaty of Amity matters, regulatory compliance, and cross-border business support, alongside land, condominium, and property transactions, including agreement drafting, due diligence, and transfer procedures throughout Thailand.

She also serves as a Committee Member of the New Zealand–Thai Chamber of Commerce (NZTCC), supporting international business engagement and collaboration. Suthawan is currently pursuing a Master of Business Management (MBM) at the University of Essex Online, strengthening her ability to deliver strategic, business-driven.

Mr. Poomipat Vittayarat joined the firm in 2022, having begun to accumulate litigation experience while pursuing his undergraduate studies. He distinguished himself by passing the attorney-at-law licensing examination during his bachelor’s degree program, upon completion of a Diploma in Law, and later graduated from Sripatum University with First-Class Honors.

Throughout his professional career, Mr. Poomipat has handled and taken responsibility for a wide range of complex legal cases. He has also provided legal advice to private companies on various legal matters, covering business law, criminal law, and other specialized areas of law.

Ms. Nannaphat Siwakornchongjit (“Pleng”) is a Junior Lawyer and a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Ramkhamhaeng University. She began her professional journey with the firm as one of our interns in 2022 and, following her continued development and contribution to the team, commenced her full-time role as a Junior Lawyer in June 2025.

Pleng supports the firm through corporate secretarial services, management of bilingual agreements, and coordination of Visa and Work Permit processes. She adopts a balanced approach that aligns legal compliance with practical business needs and is continuously developing her expertise in Corporate Law, Real Estate, and Taxation to better serve the firm’s clients and contribute to the team’s shared success.

Mr. Teeraporn Chuaysopa (“Tao”) is a Contract Specialist (Thai–English) and has been working with Candiduck Co., Ltd. as a Freelance Corporate Lawyer since 2022. With a strong foundation in corporate and commercial law and experience as in-house counsel, he specialises in drafting, reviewing, and structuring bilingual business agreements that align legal requirements with commercial objectives.

Tao is known for his practical approach to contract work, supporting clients in navigating legal risks while enabling smooth business operations and sustainable growth.

Ms. Eva Ho Hne (Eva) is currently in her third year of a Bachelor of Technology in International Trade at Jules Verne University, France. She is fluent in French, English, and Spanish, enabling her to support the firm’s international communication and outreach.

Eva contributes to enhancing Candiduck’s visibility across both online and offline platforms. Her role includes supporting business development initiatives, assisting with marketing activities, and facilitating cross-cultural engagement with international clients and partners.

She joined Candiduck as an intern from February to June 2026, bringing a global perspective and a strong interest in international business and trade.

Ms. Gouel Elora is currently a first-year student in the BTS CI (International Trade) programme at Lycée Jules Guesde in Montpellier, France. Through her studies, she is developing a solid foundation in international business, including client relationship management, market research, and commercial negotiation.

At Candiduck, Elora supports international business development and client relationship management initiatives. Her responsibilities include assisting with client outreach, communicating with international clients, and contributing to marketing and business development activities.

Elora joined Candiduck as a Business Development & Marketing Intern from April to July 2026. Her academic background and international perspective enable her to contribute effectively to the firm’s global outreach and cross-cultural engagement.

Mr. Mathis Gerard is currently a first-year student pursuing a Higher National Diploma in International Trade at Lycée Ambroise Brugière, France. His academic training focuses on international business, equipping him with skills in market research, client relationship management, and commercial development.

At Candiduck, Mathis supports business development and marketing initiatives. His role includes conducting market research on Thailand, analysing the regulatory framework for investments between Thailand and the European Union, and assisting with the prospecting of international clients and partners. He is also involved in client relationship support, participation in professional events, and the preparation of bilingual marketing and communication materials to enhance the firm’s visibility.

Mathis joined Candiduck as a Business Development & Marketing Intern from April to July 2026. He brings a strong interest in international business and contributes to the firm’s growth through research-driven insights and cross-cultural engagement.

Ms. Jihane Benhalima is currently a student in International Trade based in France. She is fluent in English and French, enabling her to support the firm’s communication in an international environment.

At Candiduck, Jihane contributes to enhancing the firm’s visibility across online platforms. Her role includes supporting marketing initiatives, assisting with business development activities, and engaging with clients in an international context.

Jihane joined Candiduck as an intern from April to June 2026. She brings enthusiasm, curiosity, and a strong willingness to learn, contributing to the firm’s international outreach and cross-cultural engagement.

Ms. Chatthippapha Oumpom is a second-year law student at Chulalongkorn University, focusing on corporate law and foreign investment advisory. She supports the firm’s initiatives in helping international clients navigate entry and operations in Thailand, focusing on compliance, corporate structuring, and regulatory alignment.

Chatthippapha is currently further sharpening her practical expertise as a Legal Intern from May to August 2026. She is dedicated to bridging the gap between strict legal compliance and practical commercial needs, ensuring the firm’s clients receive strategic and business-driven support.

Vorameth Techasen joined Candiduck Co., Ltd. as a Legal Intern from May to July 2026. He is currently a fourth-year law student at Mae Fah Luang University, Chiang Rai, with a strong interest in corporate and commercial law.

Vorameth is fluent in both Thai and English and is eager to further develop his legal knowledge through practical experience in a professional legal environment. During his internship, he supports the team in legal research, document preparation, and various corporate legal matters, while gaining valuable insight into legal practice and client services.

He is committed to continuous learning and professional development and looks forward to contributing to the firm’s work while building a strong foundation for his future legal career.
