Ms. Suthawan Boonmak or Poon is the Founder and Partner of Candiduck Co., Ltd., a boutique law firm advising Thai and international clients on foreign investment and corporate and commercial matters in Thailand. Her practice focuses on foreign business structuring, BOI and IEAT applications, Treaty of Amity matters, regulatory compliance, and cross-border business support, alongside land, condominium, and property transactions, including agreement drafting, due diligence, and transfer procedures throughout Thailand.

She also serves as a Committee Member of the New Zealand–Thai Chamber of Commerce (NZTCC), supporting international business engagement and collaboration. Suthawan is currently pursuing a Master of Business Management (MBM) at the University of Essex Online, strengthening her ability to deliver strategic, business-driven.
